Happy, Healthy Kitchen – Salsa Recipe

This is a super simple delicious salsa to throw together with ingredients you likely have on hand.

2 cans diced tomatoes
1 – 2 jalapeno or serrano peppers
1 whole clove fresh garlic
One small handful cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
One lime juiced
1/2 tsp. agave nectar
1/2 tsp. salt, or more to taste

Empty ingredients into a blender or food processor.  Rough chop a few seconds until desired smooth or chunky consistency. Place the contents in a bowl. Feel free to stir in some fresh, finely chopped ingredients you have on hand if you like a chunkier salsa, i.e. fresh tomatoes, white or green onions. Serve and enjoy!
